I'm using a NEX-5N with the Contax 645 Apo-Makro-Planar. I don't use a flash, and I shoot only hand held. I'm thinking of getting a ring flash with constant light, are those any good? Any recommendations?

I don't think any of the LED ring lights are actually much use as a flash replacement especially where the camera is handheld but maybe more useful in a studio type environment.

With the NEX-5N I'm pretty limited with flashes, that's why I was thinking constant light. How about flashlights? I have bought a couple of warm light flashlights, but haven't had a chanse to try them. Also a flashlight might be a bit fiddly.
