Here's some more shots of the purple martins that are nesting on the Wallkill River NWR. The chicks are growing very fast, eating dragonflies, butterflies and other winged goodies every few minutes. A very short video of an adult male with a dragonfly delivery is here:

I put a PM house a few years ago, but I never saw any PM using it, Other birds did

5, 9 and 11 are my favorites

Hey Morris, thanks for stopping by. I attribute the good sound quality with the Sennheiser shot gun microphone MKE 400. It mounts on the hot shoe.
