Black-capped Kingfishers from Laem Pak Bia in Thailand. You can often find them in the mangroves. Especially if there are some prawn or crab farming close to the mangroves. That's what they love to eat. And you can see that it did take a large prawn from a prawn farmer on the pics here. Many of the Kingfishers I post here have very dirty/muddy beaks and feathers. That's because they dive like an arrow straight down in the mud to catch crabs
