That's not quite the same as the one in the first link.
The Denny BG is a red and pink pattern printed on a muslin-like fabric. The one in the first link looks to me like reflective "sequins" on a dark fabric.
That's definitly sequins. Ofcourse they reflect light random and not direct, so it appearse as if there was space between them. The fabric they are stitched on is always the same color.
That is definetly not the Denny one. I am thinking that the two links you gave are two different backdrops, the first one looks more like a shag carpet of sorts with sequins and the second looks like it is something else.
