I am excited because this is where the future of m43 lies. If Olympus can make such long/fast compact lenses that are as good as their PRO-series lenses, the future is looking good for them - as there is just no way that Canon or Nikon or Sony or Fuji can compete with them on the longer focal lengths i.e. 150mm (300mm) and beyond.
I am more excited about the 300/4 PRO, of course, as this is for real and I can almost smell the lens - it's that close!

Lewis, captain of the Clara Nevada, had resumed his profession on riverboats in Alaska’s interior and that the ship’s fireman was subsequently employed in Nome’s gold fields.
Whether the loss of the Clara Nevada was an accident or an act of sabotage may never be known, but Congress viewed the incident as sufficient evidence that a lighthouse on Eldred Rock was needed."
