Testing out the E-M5 II with the 12-40 this week. Nice little camera. I still with the grip were a bit more substantial, but otherwise...nice improvements. The clip-on flash is the best clip-on flash ever made, IMO. Full tilt and swivel? Awesome. First shot is a quick grab with the flash. The second is natural light, but I had to bring the camera up quick and didn't have time to raise ISO. IBIS to the rescue: It's at 1/4 second at 40mm and still sharp.

Yeah, it was a very difficult decision for me between getting the Pany 1.2 or the EM5 II....both a substantial upgrade to my imaging capabilities, but for different reasons
