Practicing with a natural density filter on the EM5. Both images are with the 12-50mm with a 10 stop ND and CP. I need to get a better wide angle lens as the corners are really soft on the 12-50mm. Live bulb on the EM5 is a beautiful thing.
Mawz, good composition and colors on that log and leaf, I love autumn but I really should head out and chase colors a little more. I ran around on the streets of my city last week chasing leafs on the sidewalk, I must have looked like a complete fool!
Duke, what and where is that? It looks like a roller coaster but I'm not sure. Great toning and drama

One of my own leaf chases. Heavily processed as an experiment, see how it works in web-size, might print it just to see how it works on A4 as well.
Taken with the Oly 12-50mm in macro mode, almost the only thing I use the lens for, it's actually quite good for it. Amazing how close one can get with just a normal zoom lens although the quality is of course no where near a dedicated macro.
Processing involved quite a bit of experimenting with sharpness, not only amount but masking and amount of detail as well.
Some local adjustments and a heavy pull on the clarity slider in Lightroom as well as muting the colors. Wether good or bad critique is always welcome

Mawz, a wonderful shot. Do you prefer that lens to others?
The ZD 14-54 is in my opinion the value leader in normal zooms in 4/3rds and m43. It's a hair over $500 and rivals far more expensive glass in performance, it's a longtime favourite and that's the second example I've owned. It's also FAR better optically than the similar-cost m.Zuiko 12-50 aside from MFD performance (the one spot where the 12-50 shines and the 14-54 is merely quite good).
