I was at the farmers market a couple weeks ago and captured this one. Just got around to editing tonight. Goes to show that everyone can be beautiful and interesting in their own way. The dollars in his hand are what caught my eye, and he reminded me a lot of my late grandfather.
Juju, nice set of images. Are these all with your new 75mm? The fly image is great as others have already said, but I also really like your last image of the thistle.

Yes the 75mm, the thistle and poppy @f1.8 the fly @ f5.6 the first @ f2.2
More often than not I use the 75 purely for it's capabilities. I am fortunate that I like using long focal length lenses which means the 75 fits nicely into my bag.
And this waterfall, which is usually very nice....bone dry today, so I just climbed down the rock to the base of the waterfall (there's normally a stream where I was standing). Also with the 9-18: http://www.jordansteele.com/2013/dry_waterfall.jpg
I like the pic of Ronnie a lot he could be playing golf?
David nice pics, I like the rendering of these two, along with the composition.
Poppies today, I came across them after not seeing much. It was the light that drew me to them. This is when i wish I could get the shallow depth I can with the full frame camera I have. Instead I tried the tubes and shot as close as I could to help in this respect.
