Went out to the wetlands yesterday afternoon for a few hours
and managed one skimmer shot. I sure do miss all the nesting terns,
I hope they will come back. No one seems to know
why they didn't nest here this year.

Nice shot Tim, and thanks for the wetlands update, including the tern mystery I didn't know about. When driving by there recently I noticed the terns were not on their main nesting island, and the skimmers were massed at one corner of the island.

According to the specs in photoshop and highlight alert no whites are blown, plus I'm using a calibrated monitor. So maybe the problem is on your end?
