If I have to shoot at this venue again... sigh.
I know it's great and all, but it's hard to blog when all your weddings are in the same two places. I had one in the same place with the same ceremony/cocktail/reception turnover the very next day. Just like... swap the couples heads out. So now I have to blog some old weddings that I never blogged (haha, good thing I don't blog most of my weddings) between this one and that one. This groom was the best... loved him. He just had a great time.
Nice work and I can feel your pain on the location I would not love shooting there. Nice light and all, but having everything in one tiny little place, yikes. Then again, it would be nice to shoot much smaller weddings like that... Pros and cons, pros and cons...
you did a great job, your shooting there more than once can be seen as a plus for the couple, but I know what you mean, variety makes life more interesting for us since you want every wedding to be different and unique in it's own way.

No flash except at the reception. No reflectors either. There was a bit of light reflecting off the windows on the building behind me, but I pulled it up with an adjustment brush in LR to give their faces a little more light.
I do have a few sunset photos on the beach that I used off-cam for, but I didn't include those here.
This bride is like the 5th bride I've shot from a sorority in Louisville. Funny thing is most of them know each other but aren't like close friends so not like a string of bridesmaids or something. They joke that they're going to have to make me an honorary sister or something. Another one just contacted me yesterday...
Your tones on the beach are absolutely wonderful and I love the presence of white from start to finish. Honestly, I accidentally clicked on this thread and I'm happy I did!
