Thanks everyone for your generous comments and your choices - much appreciated.

The first one was the most "interesting" to take and so I'm glad that you liked it. Because of difficulties with access I ended up taking the shot with the 400mm f5.6 at 1/160 on a 7D without a tripod. To say that I was pleasantly surprised with the result is a little bit of an understatement.
