I'm mostly using a NEX 5N nowadays with alt glass. I've got a dedicated macro lens (nikkor 55 f/3.5) for use on the nex, but I want to use some of my 50mm fast primes for flower shots due to the unique look at larger apertures. The ext tubes I have force me to get me too close. Any other options? Are close up filters any good optically?
Thanks Jim, I had considered the 500D. I thought this was more intended for longer lenses. Does anyone know if this would work well with a normal prime like a 50mm or 85mm on APSC?
