As DJ stated the composition in # 1 is great, and you nailed it. But I'm digg'n # 3 too. Just something about it that get's me in the mood to hit the road!
lxdesign - nice set, I particularly like the first one with the interesting foreground tree and the lake framing it. The in-camera HDR is a nice subtle effect.
That's a nice shot! Not as close enough as I'd prefer, but I know how hard it can be to get close with wide angle lenses. Most of the time I'm not brave enough for it :-)
