What images of hers you're talking about? The first few her blog images at Google+ basically say cross-processing with no pure white and no pure black and desaturation in shadows. It ain't hard at all, just some curves in RGB channels, which can be done either in Lr4 or CS rather super fast. Since I don't use any plug-ins, I have no idea what plug-ins can be used to achieve the same cross-processing look.
