I decided to go with the Black Rapid via BH. Looking forward to using that. Thanks for all the input y'all.

I love the CPS straps, which are made by OP/Tech. Love the fact that they can disconnect via a plastic buckle, but are still durable enough to hold a 1d4 w/70-200 2.8is2 around your neck without worry of breaking or straining your neck. They make a very similar one if you arent eligible to get em from CPS

I use the op/tech straps, with these connectors

http://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/485767-REG/OP_TECH_USA_1301012_System_Connectors_Uni_Adapter_Loop.html

except i buy the long ones, which for some reason i cant find on B&H anymore...anyway, they're quicker to take on and off, b/c sometimes i dont use a strap (like during weddings, only during a ceremony when i'm actively using two bodies...)

i keep an eye-bolt screwed into the tripod collar of my 70-200, and attach the strap connectors through that, and have the strap across my chest....the camera/lens hang nicely at my side, ready to use...for my other body with a normal or wide zoom, i keep that one just on my shoulder....the straps are awesome, and i like the quick connects, so you can remove the main shoulder strap and put it in the outside backpack pocket, vs it taking up room in the main compartment...

I recently got a Sun Sniper strap. Haven't used it yet. I imagine I'll use it for casual/travel shooting. For weddings, I use a hand strap.

I use a vintage Canon film camera strap on the 5D. Going with the Canon hand grip on the 5D3 this year.

I like to get one of those colorful ones. It would be fun. People would lighten up a little you know.
