except i buy the long ones, which for some reason i cant find on B&H anymore...anyway, they're quicker to take on and off, b/c sometimes i dont use a strap (like during weddings, only during a ceremony when i'm actively using two bodies...)
i keep an eye-bolt screwed into the tripod collar of my 70-200, and attach the strap connectors through that, and have the strap across my chest....the camera/lens hang nicely at my side, ready to use...for my other body with a normal or wide zoom, i keep that one just on my shoulder....the straps are awesome, and i like the quick connects, so you can remove the main shoulder strap and put it in the outside backpack pocket, vs it taking up room in the main compartment...
