Well Doug,

1 - the yellows look over exposed. Tough to shoot in semi-midday sun. Needs more eye contact though I'm sure it was tough to just get this little guy

OH It could use noise reduction as well

2 - The bright lily pad towards the right is very distracting. Tough to enjoy the bird.

3 - Far too much clutter in the foreground + no engaging eye contact though I'm sure it was a thrill getting the shot!

Hope that wasn't too harsh bro
