D7000 and d300 both on op/tech LONG straps, 17-55 on one, 70-200 vr 1 strap on the other...PW's on both, one speedlight on a 7ft stand...one thinktank lens changer with an 11-16, and one generic one with a nikon 10.5mm....
I like the long op/tech straps, the 70-200 has an eye bolt screwed into the foot with the strap attached, strap across my chest so it hangs nicely....
Public areas i usually work like that, secluded areas i'll just bring my tamrac backpack with more...
I'll wear two 5DII, one with a 70-200 and the other with a 50. I'll have my 24 on my hip with a Think Tank belt. No bags, no lights as all my session are in the daytime.

Depends on the shoot for us. Usually it's 1 camera each and our normal compliment of lenses. Sometimes we don't take the 70-200. Lighting gear varies based on location/shoot/couple.
