Hi,
I looked at the Paul Buff forums and someone asked the same question but there was no definitive answer. Has anyone powered the Dynalite Uni 400 JR monolight with the Vagabond Mini by plugging in the Uni 400 AC cable to the Mini?
I had the old jackrabbit I battery but it is dead and I am either going to get the Jackrabbit 2($459) or the Mini($239).

Yes you can. It takes about 2.5 seconds to recycle to full power. Never metered it, so I don't know if you lose a 1/3 of a stop like I believe you do with the jackrabbit. The VML is awesome!
