Anyone have any experience using the PCB Vagabond mini's with the Profoto Compact 600's? When I plug it in, it will run and recycle with the pack, just wondering if anyone had any first hand experience running these two on a real life shoot.
If anything I'm going to try it Friday and may be able to report back with the results.

The results people have posted using them with D1s have not been too good, they work but 8-10sec recycle times. The mini vag seems to play best with PCB kit and even then it's no speed demon but that is probably the price for low weight and great capacity.

Hmm, at full power with the Compact 600's I'm getting about 6 seconds. Half power is one second. I'm just curious how they'll hold up under sustained shooting.

I use one with a Profoto D1 in BAT Mode and the recycle time at lower power settings is fast, less than a second. When at full power the recycle time is longer, but not 8-10 seconds. This is with one head plugged in per battery.
