Absolutely spectacular, Socrate! And you couldn't ask for better bgs. I really like the blue/green combinations and natural perches, so I'm going with #s 1 and 4 for my faves.

Anyway if you want to know more about this bird, this is what I found:
“endangered in its natural habitat, however it is secure in captivity as a result of its being one of the world's most prized aviary birds. Its own beauty seems to be the cause of its status in the wild because ensnarement of the Gouldian Finch for avicultural trade is listed as a top reason for its decline. Their habitat has been reduced or altered. Early research indicated a parasite called the air sac mite was responsible for the decline of the species. This is no longer considered to be a major factor. Their beautiful colours mean that they are easily caught by predators. Fire is also listed as a jeopardizing agent to their natural populations.”
