p.1 #5 · Looking for foam core for v-flats in Los Angeles area
For V flats I prefer 1 1/2" - 2" styrofoam, much stiffer and doesn't bend when stood up in a V shape. These are easily available in my area at home building supplies since it is typically used for insulation. Warmer climates may have difficulty sourcing these but try home building supplies first. Good luck getting them home unless you have a van or pickup truck, I strapped mine to my roof rack and took all the slower back roads.
