16mm and MCEX-11. Focal point seems to be right inside the glass, but thought it made for some cool abstracts (if you want pollen on the front of your lens).
With my 23 f/1.4 which has been with me a couple of days less than my grand daughter.
Josie, Simon and Poppy
Josie cannot believe her good luck.
A bit over 18 months ago having been a hard charging corporate exec she met Simon and in the same week the company was taken over. Refused a posting to carry on under the new management.
As an aside; Dad too, could not be happier
The 23 f/1.4? An amazing lens which is permantly on the camera
Retirement is boring and expensive so hoping to pick up this 235 acre irrigation farm.
No house, sheds need work but the soil you can eat. A beautiful red loam going down some 18 inches, with a 575 megalitre water allocation, and analysis showing 7% vegetable matter (That is amazing)
Used to be a vineyard but grapes need to battle a bit for survival to make great wines.
Currently a dairy farm milking 200 Holsteins but intend (if we can make the sums work) to convert it to a mixture of grass fed beef fattening, walnuts, chestnuts and pomegranates

The old rust bucket at Columbia Hills. Finally got a sunset to go with the flowers and the rust.
Also as a bonus the windy day chased most of the photographers off. Only 4 of us shooting on this evening. The winds died down for about a half hour right around sunset. Not calm but not 15-20 either. Last year on the evening I was as this location there were 40+ photogs and no sunset color.
