As so many of you have said, the XF 100-400 is one helluva good lens. So, I rented one from LR and I put it on my XH-, mounted it on my tripod, dc'd the IS, and took a few pictures as you can see. I wouldn't be a bit surprised, if one finds its way into my collection. Oh, and as you can see, it's attached by the 1.4X TC to the camera. Also, even assuming I could do it, none of these is offered as an example of photographic value.

I think you need to do a vertical pano of the crane.
Nick, you are correct. I've got the lens with enough time left so that I can do that. I'm amazed. The copy I got from LR must be pretty good if my images look sharp to my impaired vision. . Take care, Sir.
