I would appreciate it if you would not post pictures using your 90 TS-E. I have a 24 PC-E and convinced myself I wouldn't need the 90, then you go and post these awesome photos with your 90 TS-E. Incredible catch of the light, DOF, and shadows! Excellent example of what the tool can do in the right hands.
I 'll direct my wife to your pics and use the excuse, "Look, without that lens I'll never get a picture like that."
If she buys my story I'll have a few suggestions for you regarding a sports car.

lol
Thanks for the laugh Gerald!
Btw, just get the lens and don't look back.
Take care,
Fred
seeing these TS-E images makes me want to save up for what would be two years to buy one...very nice image. I think I sat and stared at it for about 5 minutes before scrolling down.
Fred, a beautiful image; and obviously technically more challenging than shooting without the tilt....it would be interesting to see the ones that didn't make the cut to see how you changed things up...or maybe you hit a home run on the first swing.

Sweet! Sweet! Sweet! Fred, this is my favorite so far of the ones you've posted recently from DV. (Of the ones I've seen, anyway.) The layering is great and the lighting on those dunes is captivating!
Fred, Its a beautiful shot. I like your comp and the light vs shadow play is intriguing. I have a 24 tse( the sharpest lens I own) and a 45 (not nearly as sharp) your shots are tempting me to get a 90 Dean
Like some of the others have said it's good to see you putting up some shots again, and DV is one of my favorite places to go.
Oh! I almost forgot Love your dune shot.

Your processing here is very film-like, which is awesome. The dunes of course are fantastic, but the blue sky is also very pleasing to the eye. It's great to see your recent work. You've been on a roll lately with your recent death valley trip. It's been years since I've seen you post this many shots. Any reason in particular you've decided to jump back into shooting so many landscapes?
Thanks Ben! I always enjoy reading your thoughts. My goal to post more is to get you to come back to digital!!!!
Take care,
Fred

Hi Eric,
Thanks for your comment!
With Live View you are never in the dark. You can preview if the tilt works or not real time.
Thanks everyone for your thoughts and comments! I really appreciate it.
..and btw, if you decide to buy the lens from B&H, remember to use our Search B&H Photo" link from the top!
Best regards,
Fred

I'd love to pick up another digital at some point, but it sure is difficult to justify the cost when I no longer have an investment in lenses. 5DIII + 25mm TS-E = OUCH! Throw in a couple more lenses, and I that's almost enough to buy a new car.
