Have not had a chance to watch all of them. In this one (

&feature=related), I did not see any mention of where the memory cards are installed.

Also, I saw no mention of what I consider one of the best points of this camera, and that is the FT-1 adapter and ability to use Nikkor lenses.

Yes the card slot is mentioned in the body review. Unfortunately I do not have the FT-1 adapter so I cannot review it. However, lenses get multiplied by 2.7x crop factor so I think their use is limited to portraits and wildlife photography for the most part.

Will Nikon introduce lenses wider than 10mm (27mm equivalent) in the near future?

Panasonic has 7mm (14mm equivalent) ultra-wide option, Olympus 9mm (18mm), and NEX 11mm (16.5mm A-Mount), 12mm (18mm E-Mount), & 16mm (24mm E-Mount).

p.1 #6 · In-depth Nikon V1 review

The FT-1 has a lot of limitations, some of them rather perplexing. While interesting, i am not sure I would call it a strong point of the system. I wrote up a couple of 'field reports' at my blog...not really reviews, but how the camera was performing in some situations.

Overall it is the first Nikon I just dont like ( the V1)
