You tell them only after they contact you, you will email the PDF. This makes me think you have something to hide, and if all I have to do is email you, why don't you just post it anyway? I would reword this, or rethink the purpose of having to do this...it's just one extra step IMO if that is the only qualification.
I think the menu navigation is very cluttered, a LOT of menu options.
Good naming on the packages, just from the name I can see why I shouldn't think of your lowest option

You used the word "scheme" in the "Gift Scheme" description. In the USA that has a very negative connotation when associated with money, like you are swindling/conning someone...

You are priced WAY too low, and thats my opinion without seeing your work. But here is what I would expect to spend:
Weddings - $1200-2000
Portraits - $300-600
You could easily double or triple that amount. But, your price is great, your presentation is very polished, so if you are not shooting 80 weddings a year at those prices something is wrong - you are not reaching enough people.
Thanks for the kind words Spencer! Great feedback as well, if I have a weak spot, its marketing, because I get rave reviews from those who I work with, but I'm clearly not reaching enough of them... Right now I do about 10 weddings a year and about 100 portraits...

Thanks Spencer, and I agree... and on my top package (4,500) after expenses for books and albums, I net about 3,000. So perfect evaluation... I'm in the middle of redoing the site, so your input was very informative.
