Lee makes extra filter guides, and also extra small screws of various lengths available, all just for exactly what you want to do. You can go down to one slot only, or build up to 4 slots if you want to. B&H normally stocks the required parts in a category called "Filter Holder Accessories". Some lengths of screws are in stock right now, and some filter guides are also in stock. Consider using the "Search B&H Photo" tab shown above to get to B&H and also help support this site. My local pro camera store also stocks the screws and guides, so you might consider a local dealer also.
Thank you Roland, i found the side guides and the screws that work. The side guides for 2mm thick filters are backordered (like every other piece of Lee product )
Didn't your Lee holder come with the extra parts? They are supposed to include a 3rd slot and the longer screws to add it in. Should only need extra parts if you want 4 or more.

Mine came with 3 slots, but I think they come with 2 slots now
