You are going to catch the cycles and get dissimilar results throughout a shoot. I've tried setting the kelvin temp and had limited success but still got off color shots due to the cycling.
If you've adjusted in post, that's about what you're going to have to do. Shoot a gray card, select whatever WB setting you want...those lights are still going to cycle.

Thanks Paul. I did correct them. Just looking for a way to save all that time. It seems each shot has a different temp, you cant even make an assumption and apply it to all of the shots. You need to go one by one
Sometimes... I've been lucky once... the team will have something grey you can use for WB. I shot a football team that had grey pants once. I was a happy camper.
