What everyone said plus, this composition and perspective really serve this subject well. My first thought if I had taken it would have been to have less space on the left, but as I consider it, I think that would have left the flow of your eye blocked in that direction - - so I'm glad you didn't fall for the same pitfall I would have! Thanks for sharing this.

Old boats are like old people. One has to dwelve in the past and produce imagination to realize what, and how helpful, they were (and still could be despite of all modern gadgets, material and human).

Chris - you made me look back at my history. the lens is a 28-300 and I shot it at 45, not terribly wide.
