I can't quite put my hands on what it is that I like but I like these..... maybe they are just different and that is the appeal......
As for no comments I found myself liking them but not sure how to say what I liked, maybe others are in the same boat.....

well done. these are very creative.
at first I though you had juxtaposed an digital camera LCD onto your old film camera...
the subdued lighting on the camera compared to the lighting on the camera's subject is perfect!
