Here's my best shot, it's getting a lot of play around the country. I didn't realize the importance of the shot until just a few hours ago.....duh. I'm a little slow sometimes.
I was sorta bummed when I heard that I would be in an elevated position but I gotta tell you, that's the BEST way to shoot football. You can see everything, read every play and it's easy to find the receivers before the ball gets to them.
You better believe I'm going to try and find a way to use that advantage more in the future!
Nice work, Michael. Like you, I usually don't like shooting from an elevated spot, but you are correct that you have a much better vantage to follow plays.

It's always tough to get a "Leading Off" image, but extra difficult at a big event, where SI has a staff of their absolute best photographers covering almost every inch of the field.
Still, it's a great shot and one you should be proud of.
