I like the effect the processing has on the cars and the bottom of the track in number two. Maybe if you could combine the top of picture one with the rest of picture two
Either way they are both nice shots but 2 would get my vote.

EOS 30D and 300 f/4L IS...these are some of the "not bad but looks like the last 50" type shots, so I played with them in LR3 some
