Dennis... I'm not privy to the sales side of things since I'm contracted by a company and they handle the sales. One thing worth noting with this focal length, whereas a lens like 70-200 is more likely to get both wrestlers in the focal plane, not so with a 200-400. The DoF is much thinner. Therefore, I need to be more conscious of who I'm focusing on.
Paul, #9 rocks. I'm sure that sold (if the parents knew it was there).

Now, tell me ... what kind of looks did you get from the parents/spectators when you are sitting next to the mat holding one of THOSE lenses?

Paul brings out the 200-400 just to make sure people know he's not a GWAC.
You know, every time I think I am improving, I look at a new post you have here. It is then I realize how badly I suck!!! Thanks for making sure I don't get an ego . . . and making me realize how far I really have to go. Spectacular set.
The only way to sell wrestling pictures is to give them something different, and I'm sure that the parents have never seen anything like this before at a wrestling meet.
Great shots Paul. I would never have considered a FL that long for wrestling and you make it shine. You're always showing us a new way to make your photos stand out in the crowd.
