Otherwise I like these pictures, but I would reconsider the cropping of the top of the head in the horizontal pictures (unless itīs a wish/demand from a client). I think that this kind of cropping suits better for vertical headshots.
I would also darken the hands in some of the pictures and take some magenta off of them.
Now hands take too much attention.
