p.1 #1 · Perar Super Triplet 28mm F/4 (M mount)

This looks like a very compact lens for the M system, Fuji's GX1, & The NEX system, I wonder what the IQ will be like? And will the corners be useable on the NEX 7?

Not to mention the lens has a typo on it

It says "Super Tpirlet" instead of "Super Triplet"

I imagine it will be quite good on M film bodies and an M9, but who knows about the other bodies. There's only going to be 180 up front so we'll have to see what people think.

I wonder about the microlens / ray angle shading on digital cameras. The M9 has those shifted micorlenses, probably it will work good enough even on the 24x36 M9 sensor.

There are some folk in getdpi that have used the 35mm version although you have to search a bit. Not sure if there are 28mm examples.

I had the 35/3.5 Perar (#017), it was a neat lens.

I had the same lens as ISO1600, and it lived on the NEX-7 when I owned that. Sharp, tiny, easy to focus on that body. I had the Mk II version.

The typo is funny; that run will become collector's items, probably.
