It's nice to see some different shots from Alaska. I like the basic premise of your shot, but a couple of things to note here.

Clean edges are important in a shot, the lower right has a bit of a road poking through, crop or clone it out.

2nd, the shot is soft overall.

Now 2 reasons for that. One, shooting at f2.8... not a good choice. I would suggest somewhere around f11 or so, but preferably f16, that will help to make sure you have proper depth of field for focus when shooting. Also, when downsizing for the web, it's important after the downsize to run a slight sharpening layer on the shot. It will lose sharpness with downsizing.

Will take note of all you said..
I have no idea why I was at 2.8?
I was rushing, from my car window to catch this shot..
But I will note all you said..
This spring.. summer, fall, I hope to do much better!
