p.1 #1 · Feisol customer service (spoiler: it rocks)
One of the latches on my 3442 suddenly failed to engage the teeth on the base, causing the leg to fail to lock. I emailed customer service and had a response the same day. After a couple of emails and a pic of the problem, Feisol FedExed me the necessary replacement parts. The tripod is well out of warranty, but that wasn't an issue. They sent the parts no questions asked.
A+ in my book and will be a big factor the next time I need a tripod.

I will concur - one of the legs on my CT-3342 went bad, so I sent them an email about it. A few emails later, Feisol FedExed me a replacement tripod leg. Great service from Feisol

Ditto here - one of the little caps on the end of a tripod leg fell off. I asked Feisol for a replacement cap. They or their American distributor ReallyBigCameras.com sent me a box with about 10 caps in it at no charge within a few days of my request.
p.1 #5 · Feisol customer service (spoiler: it rocks)
I've read Feisol's warranty and service policies. I came away with the feeling that the warranty has a time limit, but replacement parts are free pretty much forever.
