p.1 #1 · Double wide seamless

Looking for advice on mounting 2 seamless rolls to make 1 contiguous roll. I've done this with success by cutting and taping 2 sheets, but I have a scenario where I won't have a wall to tape to. I only take the paper down to the floor, doesn't need to come out under subjects.

Thoughts on using a long piece of PVC pipe with background stands? Not sure if my regular backgrounds stands can handle the weight.

I've used three narrow rolls to make one wide BG. The center roll was in front and the two outside rolls behind to minimize the shadows at the seams.

To reduce the weight, you can cut floor-to-ceiling lengths of paper off the roll, and tape just those to your pipe.
