Some hot springs algae growth is very colorful, and sometimes the light really brings out the color. Shot on Kodak slide film.

Almost an abstract with the color banding and texture. I like it.

Thanks, Douglas.
I was a bit surprised when I got the slides back, because the colors were actually a bit more vivid than on the scene- and those were startlingly so.
No filter was used on site, and no saturation used in PP, although slight brightness/contrast adjustments did heighten the colors some.

I've looked at a lot of your shots on the board from this area, and although they are all good in their own ways, this one really stands out with the vibrant colours - really like it!!
