I have had all of my posters done at AdoramaPix, and I have never had any issues with them at all. I haven't done a lot of posters yet, but what I have done have been 16x20 and they arrive looking very nice! And their prices are pretty reasonable. Yes, time is an issue if you are in a hurry; it takes about a week turn around for me up in Montana.
Also, I am about 40 miles from the nearest Costco, and that particular store does not print files that big in-house; they have to send them to another store, so the time is the same for me. Hope this helps.

Kelly, When you say "posters" I assume you're referring to 16x20 prints? I just ordered 2 16x20 Metallic prints from AdoramaPix and am anxious to see how they come out. By the way, they're offering a special on 16x20's for $6 until the 21st (I think). The code is pxgiants.
Kevin, yes, 16x20 prints.
I haven't tried the metalic yet; it would be nice to hear (or see) how they turn out. Thank you for the tip on the special!
I am just getting going on basketball posters right now, to have them ready by banquet time. It gets tricky for me; two games left before tournaments; then the tournaments themselves; but I am starting to do posters now. I just know that I will get a poster done, then get an awesome shot of that player that I think needs to be in the poster!

Better to have that extra shot worthy of putting in the time to add to the poster than none at all. I'm working on posters now too, 2 down...4 to go.
They are awesome. When I have the time I use them religiously, but if your in a rush they are kinda slow. Make sure you download their ICC Color Profiles and apply that to each print so they match your screen. They also offer color corrections at not additional charge.
