So these were shot back in October at the fourth edition of Porsche's Rennsport Reunion, which they claim is the largest gathering of historic race Porsches anywhere in the world. I think it goes without saying that the cars there were beyond comprehension, I did all I could not to pass out. Unfortunately the track time was limited to very short sessions so it was rather difficult getting shots of all the cars in all the locations I wanted, but given the circumstances I'm very pleased with what I brought back. This is just a small selection, and there are a few more on my Flickr now.
Some friends just started a restoration project on a very rough 1953 356 coupe. Photo #2 should inspire them to do a great job. Awesome pics. I really like 5, 6 and 8.

That's awesome, must be nice - I'd love to own a 356 no matter the condition!

Great set, I like how you matched the vintage tint with the cars. Btw, where can I get this preset from?
No presets here, this was all done manually in photoshop using adjustment layers.

Love them... I like the processing - very "dirty" matching the real feel of those cars - Porsche was never meant to be a garage queen - the race track is its true and only home.
