As w/ the girls, our old rivals are still pretty tough. In fact, the first meeting this season at our HS, and the next night (for hockey) ended w/ several fights. This game (at their gym) saw lots of police and school administration presence, separate entrances/exits, and huge presence in the parking lot after. Think it worked...

Interesting angle on the free throw; were you actually laying on the floor, or just your camera? Looks like you were exectly under the hoop!
It's too bad that a "game" requires such a heavy police presence. Happens all the time, I suppose, in some areas. Thanks for sharing!
Thanks Kelly, yup, I was laying on the ground w/ my camera...the shooter is a good friend's son, and, we were up by 20 so I thought it would be OK, I usually don't intrude on free throws like that. @mikekel is the guy w/ the camera on the far end (coral colored shirt)
Yeah, it had really gotten out of hand the last couple of meetings, and from what I hear, the problems were w/ some alumni, not the current kids.
they sure got over their awe - I have a follow on shot to number 6, didn't end well for us. Nice work, maybe see you tonite at the rink. I spoke with the rink re Boro's cup, they are keeping the boxes clear for any tournaments. I've been in the box several times since.
