Unbelievable as usual Lisa. I absolutely love your post process work. I am taking an online course from Damien after your recommendation. I hope to be able to achieve a similar warm finish like you. I would pay for post processing lessons if you ever offered them! Keep that in mind as an additional revenue stream, I'm sure there are more like me that would be interested.

I'm curious: How are you keeping the faces so shadowless outside in the sun? I see sun in the hair, so it doesn't look like it's in the shade (unless I'm completely off-base). Is it just from the use of a reflector or is there something else I'm missing?

Thank you! Sandking, I've got people trying to encourage me to do workshops...it's something I'm thinking about and have hit up a friend who I'd like to do them with. We'll see how it works out!

Amazing. I'm not usually a big fan of B&W but as I scrolled down through the colour pics with my jaw slack and hit that first B&W image, it blew me away. Really, really works well. Superb pics of a beautiful subject all around.

Great to hear. At a minimum, maybe you could create a Photoshop Action and sell that. I'm in!!!

Thank you, Bruce! I love that one too. I have one that is VERY similar to that that I love even more, but it was taken with a new lens prototype and I am not allowed to post it until it's released to the public on Valentine's Day. It's killing me! lol

I think the best quality about this body of work that I feel is sometimes missed is the absolutely perfect skin tone. Almost reminds me of Portra VC, somehow saturates the color on everything but the skin, which makes subjects and compositions like this absolutely pop.
Care to divulge any trade secrets, other than the standard grey card WB'ing for great skin tone?

You keep sneaking more in. The third from the last the vintage and the last one are gorgeous. Your posing is really impressive. And your locations are just not fare.

Thank you! Sorry Bruce, I'm done sneaking now. Mom's family has lived in this town for generations and she's getting me into a place I've always wanted to shoot at...so there may be more by this weekend. lol She was seriously such a great and poised model for her age and I can't wait to work with her again!

Lisa, stunning work, as always! Your pp is always beautiful, the way you keep the skin tones looking natural while adding the warmth to the surroundings. Fantastic!

Lisa - This may seem like an obvious question, but do you get permission to use these locations or do you even need it? I'll have to go back now and see what you've snuck in....
