Thank you again everyone!
Sharon, I always get permission when I shoot on privately owned property. This house was abandoned, so we just went ahead and used it. I'd be too scared of getting shot at in my neck of the woods sneaking onto an occupied property. lol

Thank you, Bruce! I love that one too. I have one that is VERY similar to that that I love even more, but it was taken with a new lens prototype and I am not allowed to post it until it's released to the public on Valentine's Day. It's killing me! lol
Beautiful work as always. Your BWs continue to make my jaw drop! Love them... I would venture to guess that the new lens prototype must be a new Lensbaby lens...

Lisa, they are great, but I have to disagree with the title of this post. I think your daughter is far prettier and your work with her is much more amazing.
I think it is much easier to step out of a comfort zone with your own children and try new things. I love the shots you share of your daughter and the final shots of this post are my favorites where the girls are wearing the long dresses.

Thanks for sharing your work

Thank you again, everyone! And Greg, that's why I titled the post 'one' of the most beautiful...my own daughter is, in my eyes, the most beautiful girl on the planet.

Thank you so much for the kind words! I have some more amazing shots of her that I took using a lens prototype I'm testing. I'm not allowed to post them yet though and it's killing me! Hopefully soon the lens will be released to the public and I can share.
So now that the new Canon 24-70mm F2.8II lens has been announced, can you share the extra pictures and if this was the prototype you were using?

I think you're black umbrella idea would work better on an older face. Her skin oddly doesn't look
like it tolerated the shadow very well. Not sure what it is exactly, but it just looks off to me. Maybe
it's just because I know that there should be light on that side as well.
