I've always sort of wondered what time zone is used to timestamp threads and posts on FM. Well, as far as I can tell, it's Moscow, UTC +4. I guess this makes sense from the right perspective - I just haven't yet found that perspective.

Yes, of course I did. Unfortunately, I set it for GMT + 4, instead of GMT -4...
