I just joined the forum tonight and read through this thread on scanning slides and negatives. But the negatives are 35mm size. Does anyone know how I can scan the hundreds of 110 negatives (and a few other sizes from the 40s, 50s and 60s) I have lying around. They are snapshots, so not all of them are worth reproducing and will have to be looked at one by one. But I could find no scanner that accepts other than 35mm. Any suggestions.
I use a Canon 9000 flatbed scanner. Set it up for scanning negatives and do no use the plastic negative template. Just lay the negative on the flat bed in the area where the upper lid light will shine through it. If the negatives are curly, I sometimes lay a piece of window glass on top of them to keep them flat. Good luck.
