Don't get me wrong I love my mk3 the only thing i don't like is the lcd screen,I think I do as most photographers do that is review the shots in the field,I find i'm really disappointed with them, then when i review my pics on my pc at home I'am really happy with the pics, its makes it hard to make to a proper accessment of the pics in the field

I might just have to upgrade to a mk4
Use a 1D or 1DII for a week and you'll come to LOVE the screen on the mark III.
the screen is only for reference anyways....obviously the rez gets better as the cost of the LCD panels get cheaper to produce. What would be the best screen would be a wider one, that could support even a higher rez,and IPS
use the same screen in some of the smart phones(meaning sizewise),re-arrange the buttons to accomidate said screen, perhaps some functions could be (touch).
I don't review photos for sharpness in the field. I look at the histogram and framing and other things in the background that I might miss while taking the picture.
