Just the way the bolt came down and that the PW had to spin onto the bolt. PW would never center and stay in place. I will take a pic of the new setup.
Not my bracket. My Stroboframe 350 bracket flips at the top and the camera remains in the same position. Cannot really see the quick release clamps in your pic. How do they work?

The bracket is a Really Right Stuff (RRS) WP-1 bracket. It comes in two parts, an L bracket permanently attached to the camera complete with Arca Swiss rails and the top part fits to the L bracket by a quick release. You can buy the QR fittings in any configurations to suit your bracket.
The bracket is not the same as yours, but it does rotate the flash. This keeps my right hand high - like when I hold the camera naturally. The flash is securely screwed to the bracket via an adapter.. no hotshoe.
The QR allows adding and changing configurations quickly. Heres a Radio, TTL and bracket configuration with the radio position switched from L bracket to WP-1 :
Which pocket wizard? I mount the mini and AC3 on the camera and the flex on both the speedlites. I just screw the pw flex where the remote cable end would be. I have the Stroboframe Pro T. It allows me to adjust the height of the Speedlite to position it in line with lens.
