16-35 II
70-200/2.8 IS
actually it's the bread and butter kit
though Sigma 14 saw a bit of use too, but nowhere near the above 2
now, deciding between 16-35 and 70-200... that'd be tough
Damn, I really need to haul out my 200 2.0 more. Guess that's my new years resolution!
I was thinking the same thing! Then I remembered I forgot to include a drive that has a lot of sports images After adding everything up again the 135L is still on top, but the 200 F/2 is in second place! That bumps the 50L down to third place.

That's funny. With two kids under the age of three, I don't get to many sporting events these days... hence the weighting on the 35-85 focal lengths. Primarily shooting the kids (and their friends) at play. When I have time for myself, I tend to hop on my motorcycle ... which was a new source of entertainment for me in 2011.
Surprisingly, my Tokina 12-24 stole the show this year; I'm looking forward to investing in an even better ultra-wide. I'm not sure how that'll be in the new year, as my photography patterns are sure to change, starting a business and moving to a much different part of the world is likely to change things.
I'm lucky to have a very magical, Magic Drain Pipe (Canon 80-200 2.8) and it carried many a day in 2011. Surprisingly after that, the very good and mostly under-appreciated Tokina 16-50 2.8. It was a steal for me when I acquired it. 3rd place is my Sigma 105 2.8 macro.
